Your information, handled with care.

In brief

We only ask for the information we need to respond to you, and we treat it with the same respect we bring to our work.

This privacy note explains how the Funke Adeyemo Foundation handles personal information shared through this website. It is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice.

Who we are

The Funke Adeyemo Foundation is a Nigerian non-governmental organisation registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). You can contact us at hello@funkeadeyemofoundation.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you choose to send. We may also receive basic technical information from our hosting provider, such as the pages you visit and the type of device you use.

If you contact us by phone or social media, we may keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry or request.
To manage volunteering, partnership or giving conversations.
To keep a record of support and report back to supporters.
To improve the website and understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run the website or process messages, and only as far as necessary.

Forms and third-party services

Our contact form may be delivered through Formspree, and our images may be served through Cloudinary. These providers process information on our behalf and have their own privacy policies. If online form delivery is not configured, the form will offer to open an email draft in your own email application.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our work, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, email hello@funkeadeyemofoundation.com.
